By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information or misrepresenting your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must complete the KYC verification process by submitting government-issued identification documents within 30 days of registration. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on withdrawals and Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
98toto implements strict KYC procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We require Users to submit the following documentation:
Withdrawals may be delayed or refused until KYC verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or the source of funds.
Users are strictly prohibited from: (a) registering multiple Accounts; (b) allowing third parties to access their Account; (c) engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activities; (d) using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask location or identity; (e) exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities; (f) abusing bonuses or promotional offers; (g) engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus hunting; (h) using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets; (i) laundering money through the Platform.
98toto accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, subject to applicable limits imposed by your payment provider. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-15:00 WIB on weekdays) and may take up to 24 hours for transactions initiated outside banking hours.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account closure. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases where funds were deposited in error due to technical malfunction on our part.
You may request withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method, provided your Account is fully verified. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected Terms violations.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks. We may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to specific wagering requirements outlined in the applicable bonus terms.
98toto does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are your sole responsibility.
All transactions on 98toto are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
Once you place a bet on 98toto, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn. All bets are final upon confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming them. We are not liable for errors you make when placing bets, including incorrect selections, stake amounts, or bet types.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or data provider for each sport or game. We settle bets immediately upon confirmation of official results. In cases where official results are delayed, unclear, or disputed, we reserve the right to delay settlement until the matter is resolved. Our decision on bet settlement is final.
We reserve the right to impose maximum stake limits, payout limits, and winning limits on individual bets, bet types, markets, or user accounts. These limits may vary depending on the sport, event, market liquidity, and your betting history. We may refuse to accept bets that exceed our risk thresholds.
In the event of obvious errors including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, technical malfunctions, or software bugs, we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users. If you become aware of an error and exploit it to gain unfair advantage, we may void your bets, suspend your Account, and confiscate winnings derived from the error.
The following betting patterns are prohibited and may result in Account closure and confiscation of funds: (a) arbitrage betting across different bookmakers or markets; (b) bonus abuse or bonus hunting strategies; (c) matched betting or guaranteed profit systems; (d) collusion with other users; (e) exploitation of delayed pricing or slow-moving lines; (f) automated betting systems or bots.
98toto may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible markets, maximum bet sizes, and withdrawal restrictions. These terms are clearly stated in each promotional offer and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires you to place bets totaling ten times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Different bet types and games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements.
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, along with associated winnings, if we determine that you have abused or attempted to abuse promotional offers, violated bonus terms, or engaged in fraudulent activity. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are not intended to be exploited using systematic strategies.
Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value. Bonuses expire if not used within the specified time period and cannot be reinstated after expiration.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, network disruptions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including force majeure events.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. We are not responsible for your betting losses. You participate in gambling activities at your own risk and discretion.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of 98toto shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, collusion, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) provision of false or misleading information; (e) abusive behavior toward staff or other users; (f) dormant or inactive accounts; (g) regulatory requirements or legal obligations.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. We may retain funds pending investigation of Terms violations and may confiscate funds obtained through fraudulent means or bonus abuse. Legitimate funds held in terminated Accounts will be returned to you following completion of any required investigations, subject to applicable fees and charges.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance, subject to completion of wagering requirements and compliance with all Terms. Accounts cannot be reopened once voluntarily closed, except at our sole discretion.
All content on the 98toto Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, data compilations, and game designs, is the property of 98toto or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at any time without notice.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, technical failures, or internet service provider failures.
These Terms are provided in English. If these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any conflict or discrepancy.
